Shape N Up Womens Fitness Center was opened in 2009 by Betty Moore and her daughter Amanda Brydon. They started it as a mother daughter business in hopes to give the women in the area a place where they can relax and stay healthy.

"We run our business like a family. All of the ladies are so special to us and we care deeply for them. We want this to be a fun and relaxing place but we also want them to stay healthy so they can have great lives." - Amanda Brydon

Betty is also an AVON representative and takes orders in the center where they can also be picked up.
