We feature a full circuit that is based off of the Curves circuit with equipment that works because it gives you a complete cardio and strength-training workout in just 30 minutes. The circuit is made up of resistance machines that work every major muscle group, two muscles at a time. We also feature a treadmill and elliptical so you can add extra cardio.

In our center we have a room in the back with coffee and tea where you can sit and chat with friends. The room also has a small boutique where members have created small crafts and have them for sale along with AVON and other trinkets.
